How long does a WOF take?

What happens if my vehicle fails the WOF?
We will explain exactly what failed and why, then provide a clear, upfront quote for repairs. You are under no obligation to get the repairs done with us. If you do choose us, we can often complete them the same day.
How often do I need a WOF?
Vehicles first registered in New Zealand on or after 1 January 2000 require a WOF every 12 months. Older vehicles (registered before 2000) require a WOF every 6 months.
Can I get a WOF and a full service at the same time?
Absolutely. Many of our customers combine their WOF with a full service to save time. Just mention it when you book and we will schedule both.
Do you do WOFs on diesel vehicles and utes?
Yes. We inspect all vehicle types including diesel utes, vans, light trucks, and commercial vehicles. As diesel specialists, we are especially well equipped for diesel vehicle inspections.
What do I need to bring for my WOF?
Just bring your vehicle. We handle the rest. Make sure your vehicle registration is current, as we cannot issue a WOF on an unregistered vehicle.
